RBA is currently seeking an experienced Civil CAD Designer: 

Rebol-Battle & Associates, LLC (RBA) is looking for a senior level Civil CAD Designer to work closely with four in-house engineers. This position is for a lead designer, proficient in Autocad Civil 3D with at least 4 years’ experience.  This candidate should be highly versed in designing residential subdivision and commercial site plans. RBA’s clients span the three-county area (Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa) of the Florida panhandle, knowledge of development codes, performance standards and county processes would be beneficial for this position.

RBA has a casual atmosphere, with approximately 20 employees, it is big enough for large projects but small enough that each employee is valued. The firm offers a competitive benefits package including competitive compensation, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(K) package with a 4% employer match and potential for end of year bonuses. This is an in-office position based in our Pensacola office. Salary is competitive to the local area. 

Requirements:

~ Must have a high level of proficiency in Autocad CIVIL 3D.

~ At least 4 years’ experience producing commercial site plans and residential subdivisions

~ Experience in Florida is a PLUS
